Learn First Aid | First Aid at Home
Learn First Aid so that you can help family and friends.
Learn first aid and discover peace of mind when you realise that you know what to do when your son falls off his bicycle onto broken glass, or your daughter has a sudden and unexplained anaphylactic attack?
It really is essential that at least two people in every home learns first aid and how to recognize that they have a probable emergency that needs to be dealt with.
It is no good if Dad simply says "Oh, my wife deals with all that sort of thing, I don't need to learn first aid as well."
What happens if it is Mom that is injured - is Dad just going to sit there ringing his hands while Mom suffers, or worse, dies?
What does Dad do if Mom is out shopping and it is his turn to look after the kids and one of them gets hurt?
Even though Mom or Dad, may faint at the site of blood or go cold at the very thought of
a medical or traumatic emergency, it remains most important
that a second person in the household attends a Course and learns first aid as well. Possible
suggestions are the char, an older child or even Grandma if she lives with you.
Another thing that is important to remember, EMERGENCIES HAPPEN!
